Taco Pasta is a delicious and creamy meal you can make in 30 minutes! A perfect recipe that is full of flavor for busy weeknights ... and did I mention how easy it is?
I'm in love with this recipe because it is so good, so easy and you will have it on the table in no time. This is another recipe that came from my "sister from another mister." She was a busy mom of three and always had delicious and quick meals so her kids could eat and get on with their busy schedule. I had forgot about this recipe because I've had it so long, but it is one to bring back to the top of the rotation because it is yummy comfort food!
What You Need
ground beef
onion
salsa
tomato sauce
taco seasoning
pasta of your choice
shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make Taco Pasta
Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
In a medium pan, boil the pasta according to directions on the box. Set aside.
In a medium skillet, cook the meat and onion over medium heat until browned, breaking in to small pieces as the meat cooks. Drain off any excess grease.
Add in the tomato sauce, salsa, taco seasoning, and the cooked pasta and mix until all is fully combined.

Bake for 20 minutes then top with shredded cheddar cheese and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Top each serving with sour cream, if desired.
How to Store and Reheat Taco Pasta
If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat the Taco Pasta, put in a microwave safe dish, cover, and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes, depending on your microwave.
