How to Make Chicken Noodle Casserole
Step 1:  Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a 9x13-inch pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside. In a large pot of salted water, cook 10 ounces egg noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.Â
Step 2: While the noodles cook, combine the 2/3 cup mayonnaise and 1 1/2 cups chicken broth in a medium bowl and mix. Add the 2 tablespoons dried onion, 1 cup diced celery, 2 tablespoons parsley, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and mix well. Add 3 1/2 cups cooked chicken, 1 cup cheddar cheese and 1/3 cup parmesan cheese and mix. Add the cooked egg noodles and mix until all ingredients are well combined.Â
Step 3: Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Add a 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese to the top of the casserole. Bake for 35-40 minutes.Â
