Stuffed Meatballs is a comforting, flavor packed recipe made with tender ground beef, savory bread stuffing, and mushroom sauce. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice for a hearty, satisfying meal.

Stuffed Meatballs are one of those good things that instantly makes dinner feel special. Tender, flavorful meatballs are packed with prepared stuffing and baked in a mushroom sauce. This Easy Stuffed Meatball recipe is hearty, comforting, and perfect for dinner tonight.

This delicious recipe comes from my sister-in-law, who has been making it for her family for years. The hamburger mixture is flattened into a patty and filled with savory stuffing mix, creating what some call a stuffed burger. It’s hearty comfort food that brings everyone to the table.Â
What You Need
Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix (or Stove Top Stuffing Mix)
Lean Ground Beef
Evaporated Milk
Cream of Mushroom Soup
Worcestershire Sauce
Ketchup
Tips for Easy Stuff Meatballs
Use room temperature ingredients so everything blends smoothly in the large bowl. Cold ingredients can make the mixture harder to combine.
Do not over mix the meat mixture. Gentle mixing keeps the meatballs tender rather than dense like a meatloaf recipe.
For make ahead convenience, prepare and shape the meatballs, then store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Bake the next day with the mushroom sauce for an easy dinner.
