Easy Milk Chocolate Cashew Clusters

Indulge in these delectable and Easy Milk Chocolate Cashew Clusters made with rich milk chocolate and whole cashews with sea salt that you can have ready in just a few easy steps!

This easy recipe came from my mom and how I grew up eating "peanut" clusters. My mom made them with dry roasted peanuts (also delicious!) and milk chocolate. I made one simple change and used whole cashews with sea salt and milk chocolate because I am a lover of crunchy cashews!

If you are new to making Christmas goodies or just want one more easy and delicious treat for your platter, this is it!

What You Need

  • Whole Cashews - use whole cashews and not cashew pieces

  • Milk Chocolate Chips - any brand of chocolate chips will work, choose what you love

Tips of Making Easy Milk Chocolate Cashew Clusters

  • Use cashews with sea salt; the salty cashews combined with the sweet milk chocolate is what makes the Clusters so delicious

  • If you are a dark chocolate fan, use dark chocolate chips rather than milk chocolate

  • If you are a fan of white chocolate, try using white chocolate chips instead of milk chocolate chips

  • If you want to add a festive flair, include sprinkles on top of the clusters; adding before the chocolate sets

  • Make small gift baskets of Easy Milk Chocolate Cashew Clusters for your friends and family

How to Make Easy Milk Chocolate Cashew Clusters

Two ingredients and 30 minutes and you've got a delicious holiday treat!

Step 1:  Cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside. In a microwave-safe dish, melt the milk chocolate chips for 30 second, stirring between each cooking time, until you have creamy milk chocolate.  Immediately add the cashews to the smooth chocolate and fold in until the cashews are fully covered.

Step 2:  Use two teaspoons to drop by spoonfuls on to the prepared cookie sheet or into holiday paper liner. Allow the clusters to sit until the chocolate sets, about 30 minutes. Note: a teaspoonful makes a nice size cluster. If you want to add a festive flair, include sprinkles on top of the clusters; make sure you add before the chocolate sets.
