Tips for Making Creamy Apple Squares
Allow ingredients to come to room temperature before mixing to ensure a smooth and even cake batter.
When you combine cake mix with wet ingredients, start mixing on low speed, then switch to high speed for a light, fluffy texture.
Choose the best apples for flavor balance—Granny Smith apples for tartness or Golden Delicious and Red Delicious for sweetness.
Substitute Plain Greek Yogurt for the sour cream and still have the same creamy texture.
